Line caught cod loin Supremes(2x pieces)

Beautiful wild line caught cod supremes.

Our cod supremes are wild caught on a hand line, rather than trawled (this has a much better effect on the environment, with no side effects of bycatch or damage caused by fishing). They’re fished either in Norweigen waters in the North Sea, or off the coast of Iceland (i.e. North east Atlantic).

Each supreme weights 140-160gr and is packed in twos.
