Sea bass is a fantastic white fish. It has a sweet flavour with a great meaty texture that goes well with just about everything. You can cook it any number of ways, sauté it, grill it, barbecue it or bake it.
Our Sea Bass is farmed in the Mediterranean. We provide it either as two fillets (100-140gr each) or as a whole fish (400-600gr).

beetroot whoch are so good roasted in their skins. The sea bream is a reallybtreat - try it woth tandoori butter.
I cooked it in a simple way.
Put seasoning ,olive oil and cooked in the oven.
Served with lemon and a little soya sauce.
It was delicious!
