Chaource de Mussy (250g)
Chaource de Mussy is made in the only remaining artisanal fromagerie in the village of Chaource which is in the Aube region of France. More famous for it's Champagne production, Aube is located just to the East of Paris.
Stéphanie and Christophe Callewaert make this cheese under strict 'Appellation 'D'Origine Protégée' rules. Rich, creamy and luxurious, becoming nuttier and softer under the rind as it matures. It has a salty flavour unlike other cheeses and will be a great addition to a cheeseboard complimented with sweet grapes or figs.
