Traditional artisanally Scottish smoked salmon (200g)
We love to find people who produce amazing things and we found Sutherlands of Portsoy recently. Based in the small fishing village of Portsoy in the North-East of Scotland, they are a true traditional smokery. After hand salting to start the curing process the salmon are then placed in a kiln and smoked over shavings from oak casks to give a special traditional smokey flavour.
No artificial chemicals or preservatives are used - that would be breaking with tradition.
