    We tried this one for the first time this week and we were not disappointed ! Very tasty, melting in the mouth... and nice portions !

    Great flavour but my portions were very thin!

    The steaks I received were very large in width, but as a result to match weight they were extremely thin. This limits the options you have when cooking it, as they are really not suitable to be eaten as a traditional steak.

    The texture and flavour were top notch though; tender with a good balance of fat. I ended up shredding it up and serving it more like a salad than as a traditional steak.

    Excellent ribeye, amazing marbling loads of flavour...just needed a quick flash on the barbecue and, of course, a sprinkle of salt flakes....
