Monkfish Tail (~400g)
Monkfish is a fantastically sweet and firm fish, with a lovely meaty texture. This means it cooks beautifully on it's own, in stews, curries and other more robust dishes. Wrap it in proscuito and bake it, or slow cook in a parcel with coconut and chilli.
These tails are 300-400g per tail, suitable for 2 as a starter or one as a main. And, as always, the freshest fish it's possible to buy.
