Our beef fillet steaks are legendary. Fillet is the most tender of cuts, our fillets come from naturally reared grass fed French cattle. Full of flavour, incredibly tender - an absolute treat.

6 x Maison Mayté Txistorra Sausages 

These txistorra sausages (chipolata size) are flavoured with garlic, salt and paprika, which gives them a bright-red colour like a chorizo. They come from our amazing Ibaïama pork supplier; Maison Mayté. Based in a small village in the Basque Pyrenees the pigs roam the mountainsides freely.

4 x La Hulotte Artisanal Chocolate Mousse (90g each)

This totally natural chocolate mouse has been made by Christian Braud  and his team at La Hulotte who have been developing his desserts for around 30 years. This dessert is chocolaty, rich and delicious!
