Brillat-Savarin is a delightfully light and creamy cheese.

It is a triple cream cheese made of cow’s milk and with a soft and bloomy rind. Made in Burgundy within an IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) 

This cheese is so creamy, light and mild, it is a favourite for children, delicious with fresh bread, or a great addition to a cheeseboard to balance off stronger cheeses. perfect with a chilled glass of white Burgundy or bubbles!
