Colchester has been producing oysters since the Roman times and they are famous the world over. These sustainably harvested rock oysters are farmed Essex town and have a superb delicate flavour.

Storage: When you receive your oysters, remove them from the packaging and store in the fridge under a damp cloth. Consume them as soon as possible.

    What a treat in lockdown 3 to have these. After a bit of practice with a good shucking knife, we were able to open 24 oysters very quickly. Such good value you can spend the extra on a nice bottle of white to help them slip down...
