These beautiful yellowfin tuna supremes are taken from tuna that has been fished using the "Almadraba" technique off the southern coast of Spain. This ancient, sustainable method of fishing ensures that only larger mature fish are caught when they migrate from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean.

Each supreme weighs 140-160g and they are packed in twos.

    Very nice

    Great quality tuna. Slightly fatter than the one we get back home in New Caledonia hence the 4 stars, but still really nice and fresh. Bought it for my husband who missed fresh tuna and he had it as sashimi.
